Saladillo - Río Quinto -II Parte - Departamento Pringles -Pcia. de San Luis

• Este río, el más caudaloso y uno de los más extensos de la Provincia de San Luis, nace con sus afluentes en las sierras de San Luis, precisamente al Norte de Carolina, donde las lluvias apenas superan los 500 mm. anuales en la zona. El Rio Grande, su principal proveedor y el Río Trapiche desembocan en el Embalse La Florida, y en su desagüe nace propiamente el Rio Quinto. Pasa por el Dique Paso de las Carretas y continúa luego para Villa Mercedes y Justo Daract hasta terminar en la Laguna La Salada al Sur de la Provincia de Bs. As.
