La Ciudad de Justo Daract es denominada como “El Portal de Cuyo”, ya que es el ingreso a la región por la Ruta nacional Nº 7 (principal nexo entre el litoral argentino y la república de Chile). Además está conectada con la Ruta nacional Nº 8 por un corto camino pavimentado – la Ruta 14- y con los pueblos del sur de la Provincia.Debe su nombre al primer Gobernador Constitucional de la Provincia de San Luís, Don Justo Daract.
Just Daract City is known as "El Portal de Cuyo", as it is entering the region by National Route No. 7 (the main link between the coast of Argentina and the Republic of Chile). Besides being connected with the National Route No. 8 for a short paved road - Route 14 - and the peoples of southern Manitoba. It is named after the first Governor of the Province of San Luis, Don Justo Daract.
